Cookin ‘N Tings with Chef Sara Mair-Doak of Smokies Bbq House Part 1 – Wahoo Escovitch with Festival

In this two class series you will explore the flavors of Jamaica and Cayman with Chef Sara. A native of Jamaica, Chef Sara, a former Top Chef contestant, is the Executive Chef at Smokies BBQ House which won “Cayman’s Hidden Gem” at the Table Talk Food Awards 2016. These classes promise to be a wonderful way to explore the flavors of the Caribbean in a fun, relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.

$70 per class OR $130 for both classes

No refund or exchanges will be given on classes that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the class. Bon Vivant reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, chef illness or inclement weather. We will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability). If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
