Fearless Fish Part 2 with Chef Thomas Tennant

In this hands-on class, we’ll practice these techniques as we learn the art of perfectly poaching shrimp, along with two specialty sauces, Mint Ajika (Spicy mint lemon sauce) and Shrimp with Kerkennanise Sauce, which on the Kerkennah Islands off the coast of Tunisia, seafood is often paired with this sauce (a spiced tomato sauce with subtle chili heat).
