Mexican Cantina with Chef Ervin Horvath of Agave Grill

Back by popular demand, Chef Ervin will take us through a delicious class of authentic Mexican fare with an Agave Grill twist, featuring Tequila Ocho and other treats.
- Tostaditas de Puerco – Baked & fried corn tortillas with a braised pork- like an open faced crispy taco
- Quesadillas Fritas – fresh corn masa stuffed with mushrooms & cheese, sealed & fried crispy brown. Resembles an empanada
- Enmolada Verde – the most complex dish, starts with a mole verde as the salsa, corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, rolled & bathed in the mole verde, baked & served over a bed of rice.
- For a sweet finish we are working on a new recipe to be unveiled at Bon Vivant.
$85 per person includes food tastings, recipes and margaritas.

No refund or exchanges will be given on classes that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the class. Bon Vivant reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, chef illness or inclement weather. We will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability). If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
