Not My Mother’s Chicken with Chef Thomas Tennant

This class is designed with more than the recipe in mind. You will learn the critical cooking skills you need to cook with confidence, curiosity and success. We will use three chicken recipes to explore techniques and principles essential for cooking: Za’atar Chicken Cutlets and Parsley-Lemon Salad and Stir-Fried Chicken w Snap Peas and Basil.
