A Cocktail Dinner Experience at Bon Vivant

What’s the secret behind some of the world’s greatest cocktails? This Cayman Cocktail Week, we’re putting vermouth in the spotlight with Cocchi, Lustau and Antica Formula.
Our annual cocktail dinner returns to Bon Vivant’s beautiful test kitchen in Camana Bay for a cosy evening of delicious food, paired cocktails and a closer look at these flavour-packed ingredients. A firm Cocktail Week favourite, this intimate gathering brings together three courses by Chef Thomas with cocktails thoughtfully paired to each course.
You’ll also enjoy a guided vermouth tasting and cocktail workshop with our team, exploring what these distinctive vermouths bring to the glass—and picking up inspiration for your own cocktail making. Bookings are now open. Reserve your place.

We can host 8-12 people for Chef’s table dinners or culinary classes that blend hands-on components with expert demonstrations. We work with several exceptional local Chefs with unique skills and expertise to ensure we provide authentic, experienced, and engaging events for any occasion.
