We are lucky enough to have a plethora of amazing restaurants, bars and culinary experiences in Cayman – we take our title as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean seriously! But sometimes, it’s nice to stay in and Chef Mo is bringing date night back to your own kitchens and dining rooms.

In this class, we’ll learn to make some dishes that are sure to impress your sweetheart and dial up the romance at home. With wine pairings, table setting tips and lots of recipes and other take home goodies, this class will be an experience that keeps on giving long after the first date night.
