Filleting and other knife techniques will be taught as we learn the tricks to presenting a beautiful fresh fish dish en papillote. Chef Hilal has decades of experience in restaurants and in culinary education including Le Cordon Bleu in London and will guide you through classic techniques and flavor profiles including a lemon, caper and garlic sauce that will elevate any meal!
