Booch Brewing 101! For everyone that can’t get enough kombucha and is ready to take it to the next level. In this class you will learn the basics of fermentation with a SCOBY. A complete kombucha tasting with 12 flavors to give you plenty of inspiration and help you achieve connoisseur level, to help you brew your own delicious elixir.
The third class in our Fun with Fermentation Series! Whether you joined us for the first instalment or are new to fermented foods, each class is meant to stand on its own and is open to any and all! Chef Brita infuses all her food with love and enjoys sharing the art and science of conscious eating.
Each participant will go home with their own scoby, a starter bottle of kombucha, and your favorite flavor to tide you over until your first brew is ready! Kombucha sampling and mocktail-making included.
