Chef Janis will take us on a culinary journey to her homeland of Peru via traditional dishes with modern flair. Peru’s gastronomy boasts Spanish and Asian influences and has become a world-wide phenomenon with Peruvian restaurants popping up in every major city on the globe. Chef Janis will share her love for the cuisine that led her to becoming a Chef through a mix of hands-on and demonstration. Enjoy a pisco sour and fresh ceviche as we explore the flavors and ingredients of what is widely considered to be the original fusion food.
