Fun with Fermentation Series: Saucha's Sourdough Bread w Chef Britta Bush
This is an introduction to all the things involved in making your own sourdough bread! From feeding the levain, to timing, shaping and proofing… and then the bake! In this class you will get hands on, as well as enjoy a freshly baked loaf of bread with a spread of favorite toppings and other fermented foods.
The second class in our Fun with Fermentation Series! Whether you joined us for the first instalment or are new to fermented foods, each class is meant to stand on its own and is open to any and all! Chef Brita infuses all her food with love and enjoys sharing the art and science of conscious eating.
Each participant will go home with their own sourdough starter and the confidence to bake at home. Special discounts on Le Creuset Bread Ovens, recipe cards and other take home treats will also be provided. Kombucha sampling and mocktail-making included.
