Be transported through your taste buds as we create a traditional Moroccan chicken tagine. With saffron, preserved lemon, olives and spices all the way from Morocco, this will be a truly unique and authentic experience.

The Tagine is a staple in Moroccan cuisine, a traditional ceramic or clay cooking vessel with a cone-shaped top that traps steams and returns moisture to the dish. Learn how to use the Tagine at home along with recipe & preparation ideas and experience a wide range of flavors with signature ingredients like rosewater vinaigrette, blood oranges, pomegranate and mint.

Chef Hilal prides himself on using fresh ingredients and honouring these ingredients with authentic, flavorful combinations and preparations. He is classically trained in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu London but loves nothing more than to honor his Moroccan culture and share it with others.
