Join us and The Edgy Vedge as we embark on the wellness journey throughout the month of June as part of Camana Bay’s Wellness Month! Focusing on recipes and meals that taste great while making you feel your best too! In this 4-week series, we will focus on meal recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and of course… Desserts! Christina and Sian will share their tips, tricks, and recipes for the best tasting vegan meals that you can incorporate into your daily regime to help ensure your providing your body with the best nutrients!
In our first class of our Wellness series, we will focus on Breakfast meals designed to start your day right! We will cover a range of delicious vegan morning meals from homemade pancakes and parfaits to breakfast wraps and focaccia bread to keep you full, energized, and ready for those busy days.
