Gin Dinner Extraordinaire: A Pairing Experience with GC Distillery & Chef Mo

Watch out, wine pairing – there’s a new kid in town! Cocktail pairings are a unique twist on your dining experience and provide a fresh new take on flavor profiles and elevated menus. The gin-uses behind Zeus & Blue Iguana Gins are joining forces with the Pairing Princess herself, Chef Maureen Cubbon, to launch our first gin pairing dinner.

We’re bringing Cayman-distilled gin together with West Indian dishes, ingredients and flavor profiles to highlight some of the best our island and the Caribbean has to offer. This intimate event will consist of 3 courses each paired with a cocktail as well as hands-on mixology and spice blending, recipes and even a few goodies to take home.
